I kept thinking I was going to make something out of this piece but never did. I don't wear watches so I won't use it that way either. The 2 coral sterling end pieces have no marks whatsoever but did test for sterling. They measure 1 and 1/8 inches long. The 2 coral cabs in each piece are prong set win a saw tooth setting. The "spidel" type band opens to 5 inches wide if you really stretch it beyond it's 3" closed condition. The whole thing weighs 17.1 grams.
