Been dipping into my fruity stash lately - I think it's about anticipating spring.  Another sweet vintage piece circa early 90's. This lacquer over crystal technique was a great thing for NOT losing stones back then. It also illuminated the enameling. It's a smaller piece that measures 1" across. Minty perfect - never worn condition.
