Interesting piece - looks just like that fruit loop cereal bird from the days of old. Now it's a cartoon bird.  This piece has bright crisp enamel over a high polished gold plate. Pave set rhinestone crystals thru out. It measures just a tad over 2 inches tall and wide. A tropical delight - this one comes from older stored stock - mint condition - never worn.
