Vintage floral design trinket - jewelry box. There's a small etchable oval on top - the other side is pristine with minor wear to the bottom. The piece is lined in bright crimson red velvet with no rips or tears. It simply closes - not latch. It measures a dainty 2.5" wide - 1.25" tall. This is the smallest one I ever had. Only one I have. Best guess late 70's early. Stamped Japan on the bottom.
