I've had this piece for a very long time - originally I had 2 but sold one off. Hoarded this one. Can't remember where I got them but this one is lovely - was extremely well made. There are no rough spots in the inlaid work - no chips to the shell - the "cone" is especially fine right down to the point. It has a felt like material on the bottom. The top simply pulls off to reveal a very clean metal inside. It stands just over 2" tall and 1 5/8" across the base. Guess but I might have picked these up in Egypt early 90's or something I picked up in Tucson at the gem show even earlier. This is the only piece I have. Very finely crafted.
