Genuine freshwater pearls - genuine coral discs - the turquoise - well I'm kinda on the fence on that - the small spacers are absolutley Kingman turquoise - the 3 bigger bottom drops not sure. Could be dyed turquoise stone. Howlite? Sterling silver toggle clasp. This one measures 23 inches long. Mint never worn condition
