The upper has navy blue enamel stars with a tiny rhinestone pave set into each center. Bottom has red - white - blue rhinestone crystals pave set into a silver plate - the clips are tight. Their also 1/2 domed in nature The measure 1.5" across so let's be clear - their biggies. Marvelous hard to find set.
