If you missed these in the 90's here's your chance to snatch a great piece. Big - fabulous - gemmy mint never worn.  The upper has navy blue enamel stars with a tiny rhinestone pave set into each center.  Bottom has red - white - blue rhinestone crystals pave set into a silver plate. 1/2 domed in nature. This piece measures 2.5" across so let's be clear - Big. Marvelous hard to find piece. It also has a loop and I have added a brand new silver plated braided rope chain.
