High polished platinum plate with colorful enamel overlay. The cocktail hangs from the umbrella and swings freely. It's a regular bar pin that measures 1.75 wide and tall. Minty condition from older stored stock. Not a big drinker so struggled to ID that cocktail - I think it's a strawberry margarita - wish I was sitting on the beach right now.
