She's a pretty gal - she has lovely hair and a nice nose - I really like cameo's real or not - I look at the hair and nose first. This one is acrylic or lucite - blue and cream. Antique gold plate frame with a secure clasp and it also has a built in bail on the back so you can wear it as a necklae if you choose. She has a pretty little simulated pearl necklace with I have to assume is a tiny rhinestone pendant. She measures 2" tall and 1.5" wide - only one I have.
