I've had this medalion for many years and decided to do something with it. The base is sterling silver stamped on the back 925. It measures 1 5/8" across and 1 1/2" tall. The pin back I used is NOT sterling. The front design is very ornate and the stone is just a lovely deep green - this stone is from Zaire I believe.
