It's a cute but odd piece - big bulbous head filled with jonquil rhinestone crystals all prong set. Olivine green wings and citrine body and 2 little feet - pave set. It measures 1.5" tall. Maybe it's a tweety bird? It has a regular roll over clasp. Only one I have - mint condition.
