Telephone Pin Candle Stick Rotary Operator Rhinestone Brooch Silver

Pretty old piece - NOT in my usual mint condition but I thought someone who remembers using these critters would appreciate it. I actually remember one in my grandma's house on that little table in the hall. It's a regular bar pin. This piece measures 2" tall.  Condition is just so so. The stones have seen a better day. Not missing but their old paste - the picture  think looks yellowed but their a muddled clear at the base. The plating is however very good. It's just a typical old pin.
