Fabulous set - the cabs are in pristine condition - no cracks or chips. High polished gold plate. Not 100% sure what the confetti material is made up of but it's white almost looks like flaky shell material that kind of sparkles. It measures  (the cabs) 1.25 x 7/8 each. Total length of the bracelet is just a tad over 7 inches long. There is one flaw on the clasp where the gold plate is worn. Otherwise it is in excellent condition. The earrings are clip backs - tight and secure - no wear to them. Think she just wore the bracelet. Of course this is the only set I have - once sold will not relist.
