Despite my poor picture taking abilities this one is a lovely delicate and colorful piece. The plumes are enameled with vivid colors. Pave set rhinestone crystals set into a high polished gold plate. This one measures 2 3/7" tall and has a secure bar clasp.  This little beauty comes out of older but new stored store recently discovered when I recently moved my warehouse after 20 years.  I found so many new treasures so if your a fan check back for more.
