Been hoarding this one for a long time. The coin was painted early 90's by Chet Price. The buckle is made in the USA with ornate flowery design. It measures 3.75 inches across. The paint - well he's just a wonderful painter. Not sure if he's still around painting these days or not. Luminious shimmering hand paint. 1 oz coin .999% pure silver. The buckle is of course silver plated. It's a beauty. Only one I have.
