Beautiful piece for the wild wolf fan - an open cuff design - it's fairly solid so there's not a whole lot of play with opening it wider. Currently the opening is 1-1/2" with an additional 5-1/8" inside the cuff end to end - so I'd say smaller wrist. It could be widened a bit more but I'm not doing it. Fabulous 2 wolves design by Ted Ott - clearly signed and stamped STERLING on the underside. I am the original owner - never wore - too small for me - I bought it because I love wild creatures. A wolf lover should be wearing this beauty
