Bottom is a vintage belt buckle - black celluloid - then a carved Bakelite round - delightful mother of pearl with and etched design - small top red mother of pearl.  Topped this one off with a genuine Swarovski  7mm aquamarine flat back crystal.  This one measures 1.75" across and 1.25" wide.  I signed this one on the inner back on the Bakelite button. Only one I have of course.
