Early 90's piece - high polished gold plate with yummy enamel overlay. Pave set rhinestone crystals of jet black and ruby red with a lacquer over to seal the deal. The 2 boobies and the tiny shoe crystals are not sealed in. Regular bar pin with a fold over clasp. Measures just a tad over 2 inches tall and wide. Gemmy condition - never worn.
