Pretty black cat pin signed by Carol Star out of Providence. It's a bar pin with a secure clasp. Lacquered brass with enamel overlay. 2 rhinestone eyes. This one measures 2.25 inches wide.
A bit about Carol Star - they were a small manufacturing company in Oneyville section of Providence. They produced alot of items that never got marked - I used them alot in the hotel industry to provide me with specific requests and always produced a quality product. This piece is one of the rare stamped pieces.
