I want to say that I know exactly what this is but I dont. I inherited a box of paper money many years ago - time to pass them on. This piece is so mint it's like it was printed yesterday but I know it was not. It's really clean - measures 3 5/8" across and 2 1/4" tall. The pictures are accurate - it will ship insured with delivery tracking. Only one I have.
