Well I don't know who made it but it's very well constructed - the main part measures 11 inches excluding the lobster clasp. There is an additional 3.5 inch extender chain for a total length of 15 inches. . The actually is a logo tag on the chain simply marked MX. No clue there. The glass beads are a dark garnet and light amethyst. Nice Celtic basket weave center piece. this one is in pristine newer worn condition.
