Very pretty vintage piece with luminous cobalt enamel over a high polished gold plate. Sparkling rhinestones pave set into the upper body. This one measures 1 3/4" tall. More Mirage hotel stock early 90's - never worn. Not even sure the Mirage exists anymore - was sure a great hotel.
