It's a rather sweet little piece - I think it's a jam or jelly spreader - could be wrong. It has a cute little like clam shell motif. It's small measuring 4 3/4" long. It has the usual D & S icons then a fleur de lis and the G for glascow mark. Only one I have - not real clue on the pattern.
Duncan & Scobbie registered their mark in 1906 and worked at 81 St Vincent Street, Glasgow. There were manufacturing from 1909 to 1934. They were flatware manufactures.
