This is a much older piece. The pin mechanism is attached to the head. The body is attached to the back of the head and swings freely - it's not 100% perfect - there is a slight mar under the collar where it swings but it is still a really neat Dalmation piece. And big - it measures 3 1/3" long and 2" wide at the tail. There is no signature - has a matt gold plate with black enamel spots.
