It's a really well made piece - mint condition - sparkling stones but they just didn't get it right - I would have used lighter blue stones - not that it mattered to me when I bought them - there isn't much on the market politically. It is what it is. High polished gold plate - all pave set stones - white enameling on the stars. Really really dark sapphire rhinestone in the upper body with one single green eye. Mint never worn.
