Beautiful piece made from my little stash of vintage Egyptian Max Niger era cabochons. Before I mounted the glass I tried very hard to shoot a picture of the stamping on the frame because I realized that once the stone was set that verbiage would be hidden. It is clearly marked 1/20 GF which is correct for the age of both the pin and the stone. I had to use a loop just to find the markings but they are there. The bezel is beautifully embossed with a rope type trim all the way around.  I'd had this setting for a few years waiting for the right stone to set in there.  It is really a beautiful piece now ready to wear. It measures 1 5/8" tall and 1.25" wide. Only one I have.
