30 years ago at the Tucson Gem show I purchased a large lot of these opal chips - I used them for years but quit doing this type of work - the old eyes aren't the same and the fingers were alot nimbler.  I hope someone can use them for their own projects now. This is a regular vintage glass cigar tube. The tube measures just a tad over 6" long. Their not all sparkling gems but opal pieces none the less. Still sealed in the tube and sealed - I would suggest you don't open it till your ready to create your project. This tube holds 10x's the chips as the smaller one I have listed. They came out of Austrailia
