Nice piece of Hollywood Regency - vanity obx for your dresser. It's a signed piece from a company called PanArt stamped on the bottom from Brooklyn, NY USA. My best guess is vintage 1940-50's. It has a lacy cut-out leaf design. The top and bottom are a green celluloid material. Basically it's in pretty good shape. The front clasp however does show some tarnish. Not sure if this cleans up or not - leaving that chore to the next owner. It measures 5-1/4" cross and 3-1/4" deep. Tall it measures 3-1/2" tall. Clasp and hinges are working properly. Only one I have of course.
