Vintage Hummel Weary Wanderer Goebel Figure. Figurine that measures approximately 6 inches high. The little original paper label is on the back of the base and mold number 204 is incised underneath as well as 1949, Now according to my research it logo tag dates it to 1962 - I could be wrong about that. the copyright date. Underneath in black It is stamped W Germany and © by W. Goebel. It has the blue V with the tiny bee as well. Wonderful piece w no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs - however she appears to have 2 skips in the paint on her wispy hair ends - I've look thru a glass and it is not chipped - just a skip - smooth polished to the touch. Her face is very sweet.
The color on this piece appears sharp throughout but she needs to be cleaned. I will leave it as is since I have no desire to drop it or do something stupid while cleaning. No box.
