Huge emerald green stone in the center is glass not Lucite. All the stones are prong set. It's a regular bar pin with a secure clasp. Measures 4 inches long! 2.5 inches across. High polished gold plate. Weighs 44 grams so it's definitely a jacket coat or blazer piece.
