Vintage gold tone brooch SIGNED JJ on backside 1986. The brooch is a hand with manicurist items hanging below the hand. There is: a nail file, cuticle tool, nail scissors, and a bottle of nail polish hanging and dangling from the hand. Measures 3" across and 2" tall.
