I've been unpacking a few old stored boxes this week - this piece is another one that has me stumped - best guess is circa 1950's - the stones are minty - no dead or missing stones.
 
Here's the tricky part. It has a silver tone to it - I did polish it a bit on the backside after shooting the pictures. I like to see if it will clean up. None of this piece - not even the bar pin sways with a magnet. If it is plate it is a very good plate - It could be sterling but there are no marks whatsoever to indicate it is. So this is another mystery pin
