It's an interesting piece - signed Lisner in mint condition - best guess is 1950's - pave set clear and very light amethyst rhinestone crystals. No dead or missing stones. The baguetes and the flower have the light amethyst crystals. this one measures 1 7/8" long with a roll over clasp. Only one I have of course.
