This photo was given to me in the 1970's. It is an original not a reprint. He appears young then - standing on the back of a flatbed truck in what seems to me to be a parade. If you can date the truck you might get a time/date roughly.  I've always kept it in this glass specimen box and will ship it in the same. It measures 4.5" wide and 2.75" tall.  It's not in the best condition and was removed from an old photo album the kind where they glued them into black construction paper type albums - it's also wrinkled here and there. Please make sure you see all the pictures as they are part of the description.  There aren't alot of old original photo's kicking around - most seem to be reprints so I hope it's finding it's way to a new home that will appreciate the historic value of this one.
