Mermaid Maiden Pin Ocean Waves Hand Painted Brooch

She's a beauty riding the waves - green vines and tiny flowers - she measures 4" across and 1.5" tall.  Vintage brass stamping - hand painted by a company called Star Creations late 80's - luster lacque over the entire piece. Very detailed - mint - never worn - only one I have left.
