Pewter Dolph Figurine Trinket Miniature Micro Tiny Vanity Shadow Rhinestone

Another piece from my shadow box - minty condition. Measures 1.25" tall and almost 1" wide. This one was made I think by a company called Comstock - think their in Denver not 100% sure if they are still iin business - bought it 20 years ago and the old brain doesn't always have total recall (lol). He's incredibly detailed for such a tiny critter with one single blue crystal pave set into the base. There is a number incised into the base - see pic 3 - not really very readable.
