Well fessing up - I actually have no idea what it was - what I used it for was a display for my hat pins down at the store. It served my purpose for a long time. Didn't work well for the 10" rods but did work for the 6 & 8's. It measures 5" tall and wide. The base is 5 sided and measures 3" on any side. It's a pale pink color with no chips cracks or crazing. It's just a weird cool thing.
