Hot ruby red enameling over a high polished gold plate. It's no Louboutin but it's still a really cool look. This one measures just a tad over 1.75 inches wide. She's really a nice piece. Those ruby red rhinestones are lacquered over with a clear polish so the stones will never fall out. This piece comes from older stored stock - mint condition - never worn.
