Never know what I'm going to find around here - just stumbled on these in a box of obsidian cabs - their simple round 8mm studs on a 14 kt gf post. Picked these up at the Tuscon gem show late 80's. Mint condition - never worn.
Birthstone of Scorpio - this stone has a grounding effect and a stone for protection - it's actually a volcanic glass - This is a black and white stone. So we have the more dominant black and sometimes brown or gray color in the background and the irregular white snow-like pattern on top of it. The white part is actually a mineral called Phenocryst.
