I love these old spinner charms - my best guess would be circa 60's or 70's. I have quite a few different ones - trying to get them all listed. It is NOT sterling and actually aside from the original card as shown there are no other identifying marks to this one. It measures not quite 1" jump to bottom. Turquoise blue enameling with a multi-colored Indian head. Excellent detail on the head. Still on the original card - mint condition - never worn.
