I'm going to tell you a story about this product - once upon a time I carried a gorgeous line of diamond cut jewelry products made right here in the good old USA. It was the most successful line I ever carried. It was created by a company in Providence called Carol Star - also called Star Creations.

I've squirreled away many pieces over the years. The quality is outstanding. This particular star and moon set is almost 30 years old and is just a beautiful as the day it was made. That's American quality. All the sparkling diamond cuts were hand done after the 14kt gold plate was applied. They measure .78 inches across. The face is bumped out for a 3-d effect. Only set I have. This is the smallest star we made and matches the small star pin in another listing

I do have other "themed" diamond cut jewelry from the same era - all equally beautiful.
