It's an interesting vintage pendant on a gold plated chain. I tried to research it a bit. I'm not sure if it is actually a real Indian head penny. My best guess on age is 1950's - 1960's. It has a open rope frame surrounded by a dark topaz rhinestones - high polished gold plate. The chain measures 24" long. Only one I have - mint condition.
