Getting my Irish on early this year - skipping right over Valentine to my favorite holiday. This is a very well structured piece - heavy for the size. Excellent vintage piece with pave set Irish emerald green rhinestones - no dead or missing stones. It's kind of somewhere between silver and gold plate. Strong clasp - 2 parts - top over the larger bottom. Measures 1.75" across - only one I have.
