I would never profess to be an expert at anything. So that said I will tell you what I do know about this bracelet. I believe that the small wooden like "tubes" are some sort of reed - perhap bamboo.  All the silver links I clled silver plate however they do NOT stick to a magnet. The bracelet measures 7" long.  The "Eye" is made of some sort of bone - it is NOT ivory as in that tight cross hair type patter that real ivory has.  Perhaps cow - bovine - lama?? The top stone I do believe is azurite - might be turquoise but is more dark green than turquoise. And that's it.  It's a pretty little delicate thing that comes from 20 year old storage. Never worn.
