Vintage Miniature Toby Jug Mug signed Widecombe Pottery which I believe is in England. I got the following information off a sold item on eBay.

"Offered is a toby jug mug depicting Jan Stewer, from the song "Widecombe Fair," a folk song about a man called Tom Pearce, whose horse dies after someone borrows it to travel to the fair in Widecombe with his friends. Its chorus ends with a long list of the people travelling to the fair: "Bill Brewer, Jan Stewer, Peter Gurney, Peter Davy, Dan'l Whiddon, Harry Hawke, Old Uncle Tom Cobley and all."

I've tried to research Widecombe and most reference "Artone". I've always been good at research. Here's the thing about searching for things now on Google - apparently they have finally grown too big for their britches and now all I could retrieve when searching were various paid ads. I sincerely hope this was a fluke because I think it's really a crappy deal that they are now all about taking money for what we all used for research.  Bummer
