Bright red wooden can opener made by Edlund Co - dated 1929 - Burlington Vermont. It's a Jr #5 - the signature side is very good considering the age as well and the red painted handles. I assume that folks use these openers just for decorative kitchen items. I think you either go red or you go green right? Now for the cutter side. Not so nice. Tarnished - I think it can be cleaned up but as it's so old I'll leave it for the new owner to decide. It measures 6.5" long and 3.25" across the spinning handle. Regardless of the tarnish I picked this one up at an estate sale simply because the red paint is so good.  Generally I see the pretty faded and worn.  Only one I have of course.
