Nice piece - paperweight? Would be a nice gift for your Screaming Eagle Marine or maybe a lawyer friend. All glass - base measures 4" across and sitting on the table it measures 4 5/8" tall.  There are no chips cracks or flea bites but there is no original box. I think it's a Paul Sebastian piece - I've seen it before but there is no signature whatsoever on it.  It weighs just over 1 pound so there's no getting away with priority shipping cheaper than $10.70 - no wiggle room on this one. Parcel post is even more. Shipping is what is killing most sales these days not ebay fees.
