I've hoarded this piece for too long to remember exactly where I bought it - perhaps a gem show maybe Tucson. It's an abstract chic modern design. The amethyst is large and multi-faucet-ted. Measures 7/8" across - it sits high on the back plate (1/2"). The pendant measures 2 7/8" long and 1.5" wide. The pendant alone weighs 30 grams. Now here's the good part.  This omega is old school - it was made with a curvature. What does that mean - when worn it will lay on your collar bone with the pendant a drop in the front. They just don't make them like this anymore. It's solid cast and weighs 16 grams. Total gram weight for both is 46 grams.  This piece comes from my own collection and I've loved it but time to find a new home.  I did polish it somewhat but you'll probably want to give it an extra rub.  Pendant simply slips off and omega can be used with other pendants you have. Very universal. Only one I have of course.
