Tiny French Poodle Dog Pin Rhinestone Crystal 1950's DazzleCity

I've hung onto this little guy for awhile now - I like to try to figure out who made them. Run up against a wall on this one. 

Very nice gold plate. The detail on the poofy hair and face is excellent - very 3-d in nature. Tiny little red rhinestone eyes. It's a regular bar pin - locks securely. Measures just a tad under 1.5 inches tall.
